Requirements

• You must have a valid and recent Wendy’s receipt with a survey invitation code printed on it.
• You must be at least 18 years old or older to take the survey.
• You must have access to a computer, smartphone, or tablet with a reliable internet connection.
• You must be able to read and understand English or Spanish, as the survey is available in these two languages.
• You must complete the survey within 14 days of receiving your receipt.
• You may only take the survey once per receipt.
• You must complete the entire survey to receive the validation code.
• The validation code is only valid for a limited time and can only be used once.
